Requirements

Associate's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business-related field
5-8 years of experience in analysis and reporting in the Financial Services field

Responsibilities

Generate financial performance analyses and forecasts via data tools and provide comprehensive reporting. Analyze client performance against expectations, identifying variances and trends.
Develop and maintain financial models, including pricing and forecasting models, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
Present analytical findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Proactively identify and propose process improvements based on portfolio trends.
Lead internal client discussions and participate in brand strategy sessions.
Define project objectives, success metrics, and risk mitigation strategies.
Conduct competitive market research and analysis.
Independently extract and manipulate data from Essbase, SQL, and MicroStrategy to build and update reports.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all financial reporting and analysis.
Develop and maintain key financial reports and models to support portfolio analysis and forecasting.
Create and distribute ad-hoc reports based on evolving business needs.
Ensure accuracy and quality of all financial reporting deliverables.
Manage ad-hoc projects, including interdepartmental collaborations, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
Prioritize and manage multiple projects while adhering to strict deadlines.
Utilize advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams) for data analysis and reporting.
