About The Position

This position works out of our Austin, TX location in the Neuromodulation Division. Our Neuromodulation business includes implantable devices compatible with mobile technology to help people who suffer from chronic pain and movement disorders. These non-opioid therapies allow us to provide interventional pain therapy to patients throughout the pain continuum. The role supports the US Deep Brain Stimulation business. As the Senior Financial Analyst, you will lead advanced financial analysis, forecasting, and insights to influence strategic decision-making and support organizational objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, or related finance functions; experience supporting a commercial sales organization is a plus.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering insights, reporting, and business recommendations that influence management decision-making.
• Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities.
• Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to approach challenges with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

• Maintain controls to ensure integrity of assets and compliance with applicable policies, procedures, guidelines and internal controls.
• Projects can be varied and complex; may refer to established precedents to develop solutions; use of innovative thinking is required.
• Plans/leads projects and analyzes results to present recommendations to leadership.
• Frequent inter-and intra-divisional collaborations; represent area as a prime contact on projects.
• Support regional budgets and analysis.
• Working directly with the Area Vice President and Regional Sales Managers, and others in the commercial organization to provide analysis and support.
