This role involves collaborating cross-functionally to build advanced financial models, process transactions, and perform intricate calculations. The position offers tailored training in core finance and real estate principles. The Senior Financial Analyst will play a key role in day-to-day operations, starting with mastering AST's programs and services, and progressing to managing individual projects and responsibilities. This role also contributes to strategic decision-making by analyzing market trends and providing data-driven insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word and Excel
- Effective time management and ability to multitask
- Attention to detail
- Strong writing skills
