About The Position

Incora is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to provide financial analysis focused on EBITDA performance and work with operations to monitor how operational changes affect financial performance. The role acts as a business partner to operations and a systems expert to the Finance Director. Key areas include weekly and monthly EBITDA reporting, reforecasting, division financial consolidation, systems and business intelligence expertise, orderbook analysis, and long-range sales forecasting. The analyst manages weekly sales and margin reporting and its dashboard process, investigates issues and resolutions, and maintains an accurate forward view. The role chairs and supports weekly dashboard calls, serves as the FP&A expert for ERP and consolidation systems, aligns reporting through business intelligence solutions, and supports reporting efficiencies. It also provides financial support to key commercial accounts, supports sales and margin reforecasts and the wider FP&A team, contributes to improvement activities, and supports customer profitability. Requirements

Education to degree level.
Significant relevant experience in a computerized accounting environment.
Significant experience with financial procedures within an operations business.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, internally and externally.
Ability to establish, drive, and develop relationships at all levels.
Experience working with computerized accounting systems.
Strong IT skills, including intermediate Excel.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Experience using Copilot or other AI tools to enhance productivity.

Responsibilities

Manage weekly sales and margin reporting, including the dashboard process; investigate issues and resolutions and ensure an accurate forward view.
Chair and support weekly dashboard calls and ensure reporting reflects the latest view.
Act as the FP&A expert for ERP and consolidation systems.
Use business intelligence solutions to align reporting with a properly defined global matrix.
Support the Finance Director in improving team efficiencies and eliminating manual report creation.
Provide financial support for key commercial accounts, attend commercial meetings, and assist as required.
Prepare and support sales and margin reforecasts; ensure formal rebudgeting is understood and supported by the FP&A group.
Support the wider FP&A team on time-sensitive projects.
Participate in department- and company-level improvement activities to enhance business performance.
Support customer profitability as required.
Provide weekly and monthly EBITDA reporting, reforecasting, division financial consolidation, orderbook analysis, and long-range sales forecasting.
