Senior Financial Analyst

Unbridled Living•Louisville, KY

About The Position

The Senior Financial Analyst supports the Director of Acquisitions in sourcing, underwriting, and closing senior housing acquisitions. The analyst builds financial models, conducts market analysis, drafts investment memos, and supports due diligence from initial review through closing. This is an analyst position, not a management role, with responsibility across the acquisition process at a growing senior housing owner-operator. The role focuses on independent living, assisted living, and memory care communities, including stabilized, value-add, and turnaround properties. Unbridled Living is a senior housing owner-operator based in Louisville, Kentucky. It owns and operates five communities totaling 902 units in Missouri, Texas, North Carolina, and Ohio, with institutional equity partners. Its communities use a hospitality model based on Ritz-Carlton service principles, and its acquisition strategy focuses on well-located communities in secondary markets. The analyst works directly with the Director of Acquisitions on a small team and is close to both investment decisions and community operations.
