About The Position

The Senior Financial Systems Analyst (SFSA) will play a key role in supporting the Record to Consolidate (RTC) process, sustaining activities, and project support for Enterprise-wide and Segment-specific initiatives. Responsibilities include supporting RTC business strategy, governance, and end-user assistance. The SFSA will also implement policies and standards, participate in system changes, provide daily support, identify improvement opportunities, and contribute to project-based initiatives such as business integration and finance transformation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of financial or accounting experience, preferably in large SAP installations.
• Experience in a large company and matrix organization.
• Minimum 3 years of expertise in financial systems and business processes.
• Technical proficiency in managing smaller-scale projects, including budget and risk.
• Service delivery experience with expertise in reporting and analyzing metrics.
• Proficient in achieving tasks and problem-solving within SLA parameters.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization, communication, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently under moderate direction and supervision.
• Understanding of business processes with the ability to develop and implement solutions.
• Experience delivering training to end users.
• Strong analytical skills and issue resolution capability.

Nice To Haves

• CPA or CMA license, or equivalent.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, SAP or another ERP, and Business Intelligence reporting tools.
• Experience in implementing financial processes and systems.
• Familiarity with systems managing issues, changes, and testing (e.g., Service Manager, Rational Team Concert, qTest).
