Requirements

Individual should be a team player with proven organizational and communication skills
Experience in developing, preparing and presenting management reports
Strong problem-solving, operational and financial analysis skills with consistent attention to detail
The environment is dynamic and demanding. The individual must have a good work ethic and should be able to work well under pressure and under tight deadlines as required.
Advance Excel, Word and PowerPoint required
Experience working with Oracle, Essbase financial systems an asset
Experience in corporate or operational finance roles
University Degree and accounting/finance designation preferred

Responsibilities

Support and present Month End, Forecast, and Budget reviews by consolidating and articulating business results/insights and key KPIs
Provide visibility into financial performance and operational measures through the preparation of weekly and monthly reporting packages
Produce CRTC annual filings and monthly Industry reporting
Support the ongoing maintenance of financial models for forecasting/budgeting/month end reporting
Support monthly risks and opportunities analysis and incorporate into plans & forecasts
Support monthly capital budgets/forecasts
Assist in the modelling of RSM Long Range Plan, help support the process with business/finance primes to set meaningful and reasonable financial target/outcome for the RSM BU
