About The Position

FacilityOS is a dynamic and innovative B2B SaaS company headquartered in the heart of Toronto's vibrant tech ecosystem. We are on a high-growth trajectory, providing a market-leading platform that helps businesses improve their safety, security, compliance, and efficiency across many critical facility touchpoints. We are a team of passionate, driven individuals committed to excellence, innovation, and redefining our industry. At FacilityOS, we are focused on creating an innovative and collaborative working culture where we value the contribution of each individual. Employee engagement is a key focus area for us and we encourage participation and the sharing of information and ideas. FacilityOS is a high-growth SaaS company operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment. As we continue to scale, we are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst who thrives in dynamic settings, embraces ambiguity, and enjoys working on both structured planning cycles and real-time business requests. This role partners closely with Finance leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver actionable financial insights, support strategic decision-making, and drive finance transformation initiatives. In addition to core FP&A responsibilities (budgeting, forecasting, reporting), this individual will play a key role in systems enhancement projects — including the evaluation and implementation of an FP&A planning tool. This is not a purely cyclical reporting role. The right candidate will be comfortable managing ad-hoc requests from leadership, shifting priorities quickly, and contributing to high-impact strategic and operational projects. The FacilityOS finance team is an energetic and collaborative group that values ownership, curiosity, and continuous improvement. We leverage modern systems including Sage Intacct, Salesforce, and Expensify — and are continuously improving our tech stack to support scale. This role is expected to work in-office at least twice per week.
