About The Position

The Senior Financial Analyst provides advanced, objective analytical support and independently organizes and presents data for the organization’s Finance, Operations, and Strategic Planning functions, supporting the Manager/Director. The role includes ongoing and special financial analysis and support for Finance, Administrators, Directors, and Managers throughout the health system, along with other assigned special projects. Work requires complex data analysis, strong computer skills, initiative, independent judgment, a professional work ethic, and effective interpersonal skills.

This is a 1.0 FTE day-shift position with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare or Business Administration is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook is required.
• Minimum five years of experience in finance and/or financial analysis; experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
• Healthcare experience is preferred.
• Must demonstrate strong computer skills, initiative, independent judgment in decision-making, a professional work ethic, and effective interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

• Concentration in accounting, finance, or another related field is highly preferred.
• Finance and/or financial analysis experience in a healthcare setting.
• Healthcare experience.

Responsibilities
