About The Position

A profitable, family-run, growing group of companies in the Industrial Packaging and Distribution space. Proudly Canadian and entrepreneurial, with multiple divisions. We serve customers across North America, with core operations and leadership based in Canada. With 60+ employees and a tightly run finance team, we’re scaling while maintaining a practical, no-politics, get-it-done culture. Finance is here to drive decisions, not just report numbers. This role reports to the VP Finance & Controller. You'll work across all our divisions, owning financial analysis, reporting, and business insights. You’ll partner closely with leadership to understand performance, identify gaps, and bring clarity to complex financial data. You’ll thrive here if you enjoy digging into the numbers, asking “why,” and influencing decisions through data, not just building reports. You’re a strong Financial Analyst who understands how a business actually runs, not just how to build spreadsheets. You’re comfortable working with large datasets, high transaction volumes, and imperfect data. You don’t wait for direction; you proactively investigate variances, identify trends, and surface insights that matter. You’re looking for a role where you can have real visibility and impact across a business, not just sit in a silo.
