About The Position

The Senior Financial Analyst is primarily responsible for preparing business performance analysis, reporting, and forecasting to support the Americas Wholesale and DTC channels. The role also supports the development and implementation of the annual budget and strategic plan, and the analysis and reporting of monthly operating results. Success requires leadership and communication skills, advanced knowledge of financial systems, and strong attention to detail.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or another quantitative or analytical discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience is highlighted as important; the listed ideal FP&A experience is 1–4 years.
• Excellent Excel, PowerPoint, data management, analytical, and reporting skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Knowledge and experience in financial concepts, budgeting, and forecasting, with strong financial modeling skills.
• Ability to partner across functions and drive process improvements and business results.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex ideas simply.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.

• Experience working in retail or consumer-related industries.
• MBA.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly forecasting, reporting, and analysis, as well as the annual operating plan and strategic plan processes.
• Maintain and develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives.
• Track and analyze actual results against budget and forecast for sales and margin across the Americas Wholesale and DTC channels.
• Support pricing and margin management by providing analytics and reporting on pricing, cost of goods, and product and channel mix.
• Drive enhancements in financial reporting and analysis, including associated system requirements.
• Provide ad hoc analytical support and perform special projects as needed.
