About The Position

The Senior Financial Analyst role prepares financial models, projections, executive-level analyses, and lender-reporting materials; partners with cross-functional stakeholders to support decision-making; and contributes to reporting automation, process improvement, financial governance, KPI management, and special finance projects.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
3+ years of relevant FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or financial-analysis experience preferred
Strong MS Office, analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills are required
English language proficiency
Korean language proficiency

Responsibilities

Support annual budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and performance-management processes.
Prepare management reporting packages, financial analyses, variance reviews, and executive-level presentations.
Support monthly and year-end close activities and maintain financial schedules and reporting accuracy.
Coordinate banking, covenant compliance, lender reporting, audit requests, and other financing-related documentation.
Support financial dashboards, reporting tools, data integrity, automation, and process-improvement initiatives.
Partner with business teams to evaluate financial impacts, support operational initiatives, and provide financial guidance.
Support special projects and other Finance priorities as needed.
