The Senior Financial Analyst will focus on both short- and long-term financial results by building and monitoring relevant key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing financial performance, and supporting the execution of departmental strategies and initiatives. Analyze and compare monthly and quarterly results, metrics, and key performance indicators against plan and other benchmarks. Execute the department’s strategies and key initiatives through special projects as assigned. Utilize data-driven insights to uncover behavioral patterns within agency operations and enhance performance across key metrics. Collaborate throughout the organization to improve overall efficiencies. Perform month-end close activities and related entries and reconciliations within established deadlines. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to deadlines throughout the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes. Perform detailed analysis of internal financial data, including profit and loss statements, financial reports, revenues, direct expenses, and commissions. Develop and maintain complex financial models and dashboards to support forecasting, scenario planning, and strategic initiatives. Partner with business units to provide financial guidance and support for operational and strategic decisions. Evaluate external and internal intelligence to provide actionable insight into the current market landscape. Maintain Power BI reports for accuracy, quality, and relevance.
