Senior Financial Accountant- Transformation
About The Position
Daniels Health is continuing its global expansion across Australia, North America, the UK and beyond — and with that growth comes an exciting opportunity to reshape how finance operates at scale. We’re looking for a Senior Financial Accountant- Transformation to join our Global Head Office and play a key role in driving process improvement, automation, and system optimisation across our finance function. This is not your typical accounting role. What makes this role different: You won’t be stuck in month-end or BAU reporting cycles. You’ll focus on improving processes rather than maintaining them. You’ll work across finance, IT, and global teams to drive change.
Requirements
- CA/CPA qualified (or equivalent)
- Experience in ERP systems and finance transformation or process improvement
- Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel skills
- Exposure to systems like Business Central, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite or similar
- Someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and working cross-functionally
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, or other automation tools
- Exposure to large or complex business environments
Responsibilities
- Identifying and delivering process improvements across finance
- Driving automation and efficiency using our ERP (Microsoft Business Central)
- Partnering with finance, IT, and global stakeholders to enhance systems and workflows
- Supporting transformation initiatives, including future projects like AP automation (Coupa)
