About The Position

Omni is seeking an FP&A Manager to lead the quantitative aspects of its finance department. This is a high-impact, hands-on position where the individual will be responsible for the company's financial model from start to finish, establishing core FP&A processes, and providing in-depth numerical analysis for critical business decisions. The role involves close collaboration with senior finance executives and leaders across various departments. This is not a support function; the successful candidate will take initiative, independently tackle complex challenges, and enhance the company's financial infrastructure as it expands. The dynamic nature of a fast-growing company means the financial model and associated tasks are constantly evolving. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building and managing intricate financial systems in an environment where their contributions directly influence leadership decisions.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, corporate finance, or consulting
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets modeling skills; comfortable building financial models from scratch
  • Deep familiarity with SaaS business models and core SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, churn)
  • Experience running FP&A workflows: variance analysis, budget vs. actuals, forecasting
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving startup where scope evolves
  • Experience at a scaling startup.

Responsibilities

  • Financial Model: Own Omni's company financial model end-to-end, including maintaining the 5-year model, conducting scenario analyses, and developing new components as the business evolves.
  • FP&A Cadence: Manage the core monthly and quarterly FP&A cycles, encompassing variance analysis, actuals-vs-budget reporting, and company-wide quarterly forecasting. Collaborate with the Accounting team to ensure seamless data integration into FP&A models.
  • Budgeting: Spearhead the annual budget process, working with department leaders to develop departmental budgets, consolidate them into a company-wide budget aligned with the financial model, and oversee budget governance throughout the year.
  • Commissions: Oversee the commission model and monthly payout calculations, partnering with Sales and RevOps leadership to ensure accuracy amidst evolving compensation plans and sales team growth.
  • Ad Hoc Analysis: Conduct financial analyses to support strategic decisions across the company, including pricing, hiring plans, investment cases, and other ad-hoc requests from leadership.

Benefits

  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) Plan (for US-based roles)
  • Unlimited PTO
