About The Position

We are looking for a high-impact finance professional to join our growing FP&A team, providing financial planning and analysis support across the company. As we scale toward $100M+ ARR, you will partner with leaders across the business, translating operating plans into actionable budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics. Reporting to the Senior Director of FP&A, this role blends hands-on modeling and analysis with cross-functional partnership, giving a broad visibility into the company's financial operations and a strong platform to grow your FP&A career as the team scales.

Requirements

8+ years of progressive FP&A experience, ideally including exposure to a $100M+ ARR B2B SaaS company.
Understanding of license, SaaS, and consumption/usage-based business models, ideally within Database, Infrastructure, or Developer Tools spaces (e.g., Snowflake, Datadog, Databricks, AWS-style models).
Advanced Excel financial modeling skills (driver-based modeling); working knowledge of SQL, BI & AI tools; familiarity with Salesforce and cross-functional business processes.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex analysis into clear insights for cross-functional stakeholders and leadership.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics

Exposure to AI-related business models is a plus.
MBA or CPA a plus.

Responsibilities

Partner with department leaders across the business to develop annual budgets and quarterly forecasts, providing strategic guidance on resource allocation and cost optimization.
Build and maintain reporting suites tracking key business and financial metrics, ensuring accuracy and consistency across the organization.
Support the Senior Director of FP&A in running the annual operating plan (AOP) and quarterly forecasting process. Develop and own models to inform headcount planning, budget allocation, and resource prioritization.
Evaluate the return on key corporate investments such as product development, AI projects, pricing models, and strategic initiatives to drive scalable growth and maintain strong unit economics.
Help prepare financial materials for executive leadership and board meetings, working with the Senior Director of FP&A to translate data into clear, actionable narratives.
Support ongoing improvements to financial systems and data integrity to help maintain a single source of truth for key metrics.
