About The Position

Bridgepoint Consulting, an Addison Group company, is seeking a Senior Finance Manager Consultant for its Atlanta-based Professional Accounting Consultants team. The role supports small to mid-sized Atlanta-area clients with interim and project-based finance needs, with the possibility of travel. Consultants work onsite at client locations and function as part of client teams for the duration of each project. Full-time opportunities are available.

The consultant helps growing companies with financial planning, reporting, analysis, forecasting, and transactions. The role includes developing financial models across growth scenarios, analyzing monthly results and budget variances, preparing reporting packages, monitoring key metrics, and conducting analysis and due diligence for prospective mergers and acquisitions.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of industry experience as a Financial Analyst and/or Finance Manager.
• Proven ability to develop effective financial models for multiple growth scenarios, including Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow projections.
• Proven ability to analyze monthly financial results.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Candidates must submit an example of a financial statement forecast and cash flow model before in-person interviews are scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Develop financial models for multiple growth scenarios, including Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow projections.
• Analyze monthly financial results.
• Develop monthly and annual reporting packages.
• Act as a liaison among the Finance team, department heads, and executives to help clients understand budget variances.
• Monitor and report on key metrics.
• Use modeling tools to generate financial reports, income statements, trend analysis, and forecasts.
• Identify prospective mergers and acquisitions and perform associated analysis and due diligence.
• Provide finance consulting services onsite at client locations and function as part of client teams during projects.
