About The Position

The Concord Group (TCG) advises developers, investors, public agencies, and other decision-makers on markets, opportunities, and development and investment decisions. The firm is building its next generation of Consultants and seeks exceptional upcoming and recent college graduates who demonstrate academic achievement, initiative, and intellectual curiosity. Consultants ask questions, determine what matters, exercise judgment, and communicate clear points of view. TCG uses proprietary tools, new data capabilities, and AI to streamline research so teams can focus on interpretation, problem-solving, and client advice. The Associate Consultant works in small teams alongside senior TCG professionals and receives early exposure to developers, investors, and other real estate decision-makers. Assignments cover markets nationally and property types including multifamily housing, mixed-use development, for-sale residential, retail, hospitality, and master-planned communities. The role offers meaningful responsibility and opportunities to develop analytical skills and judgment early in a career. Growth may include leading substantial portions of engagements, presenting findings to clients, guiding other team members, and building client relationships, with ongoing feedback and development from senior professionals. The position is based in Atlanta, Georgia, with a hybrid work arrangement. Site visits and market research are part of the role. Applicants should submit a résumé, unofficial transcript, a short note explaining their interest in consulting and TCG, their expected or actual graduation date, and an example of a question or project pursued out of curiosity.
