About The Position

Bridgepoint Consulting, an Addison Group company, is seeking a Senior Finance Manager Consultant for its Atlanta-based team of professional accounting consultants. The consultant supports clients with interim and project-based finance needs, primarily for small to mid-sized companies in the Atlanta area. Consultants work onsite at client locations and function as part of client teams during each project; some travel may be required. The role is offered as a full-time finance consulting opportunity. Responsibilities include financial modeling and analysis, reporting, forecasting, monitoring key metrics, and supporting mergers and acquisitions.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of industry experience as a Financial Analyst and/or Finance Manager.
• Demonstrated ability to develop effective financial models for multiple growth scenarios, including Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow projections.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Submit an example of a financial statement forecast and cash flow model before an in-person interview is scheduled.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop financial models for multiple growth scenarios, including Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow projections.
• Analyze monthly financial results.
• Develop monthly and annual reporting packages.
• Liaise between Finance teams, department heads, and executives to help clients understand budget variances.
• Monitor and report on key metrics.
• Use modeling tools to generate financial reports, income statements, trend analysis, and forecasts.
• Identify prospective mergers and acquisitions and perform associated analysis and due diligence.
