About The Position

As the Senior Finance Manager for Global Service, you will serve as the primary finance partner to Baxter’s Global Service organization—supporting a business of roughly $400M in annual revenue that is growing and evolving quickly. You will work directly with our Vice President of Global Service, and sit on his leadership team, providing financial insights, strategic guidance, and operational partnership across Care and Connectivity Solutions (CCS), Front Line Care (FLC), and Integrated Therapy Solutions (ITT). For someone who enjoys being a “player‑coach,” influencing senior executives, and translating data into clear recommendations, this is a strong platform for impact—and a role with a clear path to advancement within Baxter’s finance leadership.
