Responsibilities

  • Ensure consistent financial governance across LDM markets, adapting standards to distributor-based operating models
  • Oversee financial integrity of distributor reporting, including sell-in / sell-out alignment and inventory control
  • Monitor compliance with corporate policies and local regulatory frameworks across multiple jurisdictions
  • Lead performance tracking across LDM clusters (NR, GM, OI, working capital) with clear visibility on drivers and risks
  • Drive disciplined planning cycles (budget, forecasts, outlooks), ensuring realistic market assumptions
  • Identify growth opportunities and margin improvement levers in partnership with commercial teams
  • Act as LDM lead within LATAM FP&A Co-Pilot consolidation
  • Deliver high-quality financial insights and forward-looking analysis to support regional and global decision-making
  • Ensure alignment of LDM performance with regional targets and OI protection agenda
  • Serve as key finance partner to LDM commercial leadership and Regional CFO
  • Support distributor negotiations, commercial models, and route-to-market optimization
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives, including expansion into new markets and portfolio prioritization
  • Implement fit-for-purpose control frameworks adapted to distributor environments
  • Assess and mitigate financial, operational, and compliance risks across LDM footprint
  • Ensure transparency and reliability of financial data coming from external partners
