About The Position

Be the lead finance partner to the US retail organization, providing decision support on operating and strategic priorities with support of your small team Lead the monthly and quarterly close, forecasting, and planning processes for the US DTC store P&Ls (Mainline and Outlet) Analyze financial, operational, and business performance to lead accountability against annual targets Evaluate and provide financial guidance on store investments, including new openings, remodels, and other capital projects Support management of balance sheet and cash flow items, including inventory and capital spend Partner cross‑functionally to develop long‑term plans that improve profitability and support sustainable retail growth Collaborate with ecommerce and other channel finance teams to support omni‑channel projects and share best practices Play an active role in cross‑functional forums, influencing decisions through clear insights You will report to the VP, Finance for US/Canada

Requirements

  • 8+ years of relevant experience within retail, apparel, or other consumer businesses
  • Experience with brick‑and‑mortar store P&Ls, retail economics, and cash flow dynamics
  • Fluency in retail KPIs such as traffic, conversion, AUR, AOV, UPT, labor %, EBIT, ROIC, NPV, and payback
  • Comfortable managing complex analyses and influencing senior partners with confidence and clarity
  • Foundation in retail accounting, including revenue recognition, fixed assets, and leases
  • Experience working with financial and retail systems such as SAP, Essbase, WebI, Tableau, and Xstore (or similar)
  • This is a hybrid work schedule based in our San Francisco, CA headquarters. You will be expected in office 3 days per week typically Tuesday-Thursday. Note, time in office can vary depending on business needs.
