About The Position

The Senior Finance Manager, CAPEX serves as the primary financial owner of the company’s capital expenditure strategy and execution. This role partners with a broad network of stakeholders to develop, manage, and deliver the ~$700M annual capital investment plan. The position plays a critical role in ensuring strong financial discipline, governance, and insights across the end-to-end capital lifecycle, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and performance evaluation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Engineering with relevant finance experience
  • Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in finance or accounting
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities
  • Experience building and consolidating financial models across multiple business units, including reconciliation of key drivers
  • Demonstrated success working in large, cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement

Responsibilities

  • Lead the financial oversight and governance of the ~$700M capital budget and associated processes
  • Drive monthly forecasting and actuals reporting to ensure accurate and timely financial visibility
  • Lead the development of the multi-year strategic capital plan, including 3–5 year financial projections
  • Serve as the financial approver for capital projects, ensuring compliance with internal policies and investment criteria
  • Perform post-investment reviews on major capital projects to assess performance and identify improvement opportunities
  • Reconcile capital reporting with accounting (PP&E roll-forward) on a monthly basis to ensure accuracy and alignment
  • Forecast capital-related Accounts Payable balances in partnership with the North America FP&A team
  • Act as the owner of capital-related financial policies, ensuring adherence to ZBB-01 and other applicable governance standards
  • Lead and develop a team while collaborating cross-functionally to deliver day-to-day financial operations and strategic initiatives
  • Support central finance priorities, including M&A initiatives, board presentations, and enterprise financial analyses
