Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical disciplines, or a related technical field. Equivalent combination of technical education and relevant industry experience may be considered.
• 7+ years of progressive project management experience in engineering, capital projects, or industrial environments
• Proven experience delivering CapEx projects involving infrastructure, equipment, or facility buildouts
• Demonstrated involvement across the full project lifecycle, including design, procurement, installation, and commissioning
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners (contractors, vendors, or consultants)

Nice To Haves

• Experience working within or alongside EPC/EPCM delivery models
• Background in infrastructure, laboratory environments, data center systems, or industrial manufacturing scale-up
• Experience with contractor/vendor management, procurement processes, and change management in capital projects
• Exposure to customer-facing or externally delivered projects with multiple stakeholders
• Experience supporting investment cases, CapEx justification, or ROI-driven project delivery
• PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification
• Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement certifications considered an asset

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of capital infrastructure and EPC-style projects from feasibility and Front-End Engineering Design through procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover
• Coordinate and oversee internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure alignment on scope, schedule, cost, and quality. Manage interfaces between internal engineering teams, field services and external delivery partners to ensure seamless execution
• Develop and manage CapEx budgets and schedules, project performance, and change management. Support commercial processes including contract execution, change orders, and cost control mechanisms
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external customers, ensuring clear alignment on objectives, scope, and delivery expectations. Lead structured governance cadence including executive updates, milestone reviews, and project status reporting
• Lead planning and scheduling of laboratory and production infrastructure projects, ensuring readiness for product validation and deployment.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases. Develop mitigation strategies and escalate critical risks through appropriate governance channels.
