About The Position

Turner & Townsend is seeking an analytical Senior Finance Analyst to join its USA Finance team. The role is responsible for preparing and maintaining monthly financial reports for the USA business and collaborating with the finance team to aggregate financial information for month-end close and forecasting. The successful candidate will help ensure reports are accurate, complete, and timely, supporting improvements in business reporting and decision-making.

The position includes creating revenue and business utilization reports, supporting internal forecasting, analyzing relocation expenses and business travel, updating reports for executive meetings, and assisting the Financial Planning & Analysis team with KPI and ad hoc reporting. SOX control responsibilities may apply where relevant. On-site presence and requirements may change based on client needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• At least 5 years of experience in an accountancy- or finance-based position.
• Working knowledge of month-end processes, forecasting, invoicing, and financial management.
• Understanding of GAAP financial reporting standards.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to present financial information.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain revenue reports using Microsoft D365 and other internal systems.
• Support internal forecasting by maintaining shared Microsoft Teams channels used by business leads.
• Examine and synthesize financial data related to relocation expenses and prepare detailed repayment letters based on expenses incurred.
• Review, analyze, and maintain business utilization reports.
• Assist with updates to financial reports for internal executive meetings.
• Analyze business travel and create reports for key stakeholders.
• Support the Financial Planning & Analysis team in developing internal KPI and ad hoc reports.
• Adhere to applicable SOX control responsibilities.
