About The Position

Turner & Townsend is seeking an analytical individual to join its USA Finance team. The role is responsible for preparing and maintaining monthly financial reports for the USA business and collaborating with the finance team to aggregate financial information supporting month-end close and forecasting. The Senior Finance Analyst ensures reports are accurate, complete, and timely, contributing to improved business reporting and decision-making efficiencies. The position supports revenue reporting, forecasting, utilization reporting, relocation expense analysis, executive meeting materials, business travel analysis, and the development of internal KPI and ad hoc reports. SOX control responsibilities may also be part of the role where applicable. On-site presence and requirements may change depending on client needs.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in an accountancy- or finance-based position.
Working knowledge of month-end processes, forecasting, invoicing, and financial management.
Understanding of GAAP financial reporting standards.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
Effective communication skills, including the ability to present financial information.
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain revenue reports using Microsoft D365 and other internal systems.
Support the internal forecasting process by maintaining shared Microsoft Teams channels used by business leads.
Examine and synthesize financial data related to relocation expenses and create detailed repayment letters based on expenses incurred.
Review, analyze, and maintain business utilization reports.
Assist in updating financial reports for internal executive meetings.
Analyze business travel and create reports for key stakeholders.
Support the Financial Planning & Analysis team with developing internal Key Performance Indicator and ad hoc reports.
Adhere to SOX control responsibilities where applicable.
