This job is responsible for capital reporting and analytics, including calculating risk-weighted assets, measuring and monitoring Global Systematically Important Bank (G-SIB) scores, developing reports for Lines of Business (LOB) stakeholders, and implementing new models. Key responsibilities may also include developing LOB capital forecasts and producing peer analytics and impact assessments for new transactions, products and proposed rule changes. The primary responsibilities of the Regulatory Capital Reporting and Consolidations (RCRC) team within Enterprise Capital Management (ECM) are to calculate and produce timely and accurate reporting of the company’s Supplementary Leverage Exposure and Operational Risk risk-weighted assets. This includes working with key stakeholders to coordinate variance analysis to explain key drivers on a monthly basis. Success requires understanding of regulatory capital and accounting rules, regulatory reporting requirements, partnership with various stakeholders, problem-solving ability, ability to work under tight deadlines, and strong attention to detail. RCRC is looking for a motivated self-starter who wants to learn how leverage exposure and operational risk capital is calculated and reported both internally and externally.
