About The Position

Fora Financial is a technology-enabled provider of flexible financing to small and medium-sized businesses. Since 2008, we have supported more than 55,000 merchants nationwide with over $5 billion in capital for operating expenses, cash-flow management, and growth. The Finance & Capital Markets Analyst will manage the company’s daily cash operations across multiple financing arrangements, prepare various reports for stakeholders, and coordinate with internal and external parties to manage liquidity and reconcile collateral data. This role involves forecasting cash requirements, maintaining relationships with banking partners, monitoring financing facility covenants, and assisting with new securitization issuances. The analyst will also collaborate with other departments to identify and forecast KPIs and support ad hoc requests from senior leadership.

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of experience in Finance and/or Treasury
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar
  • Precise attention to detail
  • Focus on optimization, efficiency, and automation
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with asset-backed lending a plus
  • Financial software and systems experience a plus (e.g. Intacct, Oracle, SQL, Python, VBA, Claude, Adaptive, Workday, BPC, Hyperion, Planful, or similar)
  • Interest in specialty finance, fintech lending, or structured products

Responsibilities

  • Manage the company’s daily cash operations across multiple financing arrangements
  • Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties to manage liquidity and reconcile collateral data
  • Forecast short-term and longer-term cash requirements for the business to support funding and treasury optimization
  • Maintain strong relationships with lending and banking partners
  • Monitor financing facility covenants, triggers, eligibility criteria, and concentration limits
  • Assist with data collection, due diligence, and documentation for new securitization issuances and warehouse facility amendments/renewals
  • Collaborate with other departments across the company to identify, report, and forecast KPI’s and ensure accurate, timely reporting
  • Support ad hoc requests from senior leadership
