About The Position

Chevron ST&B - Colorado Region Group is accepting online applications for the position Senior Field Specialist located in Greeley, CO through June 4th, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. (Mountain Standard Time). The Sr. Field Specialist is responsible for supporting the Colorado Region, Night Operations Team B. The work schedule for this role will be 7/7 Night shift. Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to: Operates and monitors oil, water and gas production and distribution facilities, typically Upstream facilities from wells to primary separation and processing, and Midstream distribution/storage facilities (pipelines/terminals). Monitors process variables, troubleshoots, and performs interventions to maintain operating performance. Performs work of higher levels of complexity, scope, and impact. May assist with more complex projects. Detailed knowledge of work group processes and procedures. Engage FE- design input. Review Prod. Daily First point of contact to guide FSA to complete ODRs. Lead Start of Shift Meeting Daily, including going over the Daily Work and activity in the field with support functions. FSA mentoring. Help FSA troubleshoot equipment issues.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Driver's license.
  • 3+ years demonstrated experience in oil and gas operations, federal and local reporting requirements and all regulatory programs associated with oil and gas operations in Colorado.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, LOOP, Cygnet).

Nice To Haves

  • Associate or Technical Degree.
  • 5+ years demonstrated experience in oil and gas operations, federal and local reporting requirements and all regulatory programs associated with oil and gas operations in Colorado.
