About The Position

The role builds technical relationships and connects complex infrastructure challenges with Miovision’s solutions. It develops account plans, solution designs, technical documentation, and implementation plans; leads demos, pilots, and proofs of concept; supports product approvals and customer specifications; resolves complex customer issues; and provides feedback to product leaders to shape product strategy and roadmap priorities. The role also advises Sales, Product, and Support colleagues and represents Miovision in the field, with 40–50% travel expected, including travel between Canada and the USA. Candidates must be located in the North East. Preference is given to candidates based in NY, MA, or CT.
