The Senior Field Service Technician supports the company’s mission to address water challenges through innovative and sustainable solutions. The role safely operates DOT-regulated vehicles and transports materials and equipment. It also initiates and performs field service work at customer sites, including proactive troubleshooting of systems and mechanical, electrical, and diesel equipment conditions as required by the role and customer. The technician directly interfaces with customers, addresses safety issues involving Company- and Customer-owned equipment, and may work across multiple systems, locations, and customers.

Requirements

Ability to obtain required customer clearances, such as TWIC and DISA.
Ability to obtain a DOT Medical card.
Clean driving record.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to obtain a Class A or B CDL with applicable endorsements.
Two to five years of technical work experience, including industrial or commercial process water experience.
Work experience preferred.
May have industry-specific license(s).

Responsibilities

Safely operate a DOT-regulated vehicle and transport materials and equipment.
Initiate and execute field service activities at customer sites safely and efficiently.
Proactively troubleshoot systems and mechanical, electrical, and diesel equipment conditions, as applicable to the assigned role and customer.
Anticipate and correct safety issues involving Company- and Customer-owned equipment.
Interface directly with customers.
Work across multiple systems, locations, or customers as required.
