About The Position

Lime is seeking an entrepreneurial Senior Field Marketing and Events Manager to build and run the event-led demand engine for Lime for Business. This is a hands-on individual contributor role reporting to the VP & GM of Lime for Business. The successful candidate will be responsible for turning events, speaking opportunities, launches, employer activations, and customer programs into qualified pipeline, market buzz, and customer momentum. This role operates at the intersection of marketing, sales, customer success, partnerships, and operations, and is ideal for someone who enjoys being in the field, traveling, thrives on detail, and ensures every event runs smoothly. This is a pipeline and growth-focused role, not solely a brand-focused one. The position is remote, requiring candidates to reside in the United States, and involves occasional travel as an essential function of the role.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in field marketing, events marketing, demand generation, partnership marketing, or B2B go-to-market roles.
  • Experience marketing transportation, travel, mobility, workplace, benefits/HR, sustainability, logistics, or similar solutions sold into complex organizations.
  • A track record of turning events and in-person programs into measurable business outcomes (beyond just attendance or brand impressions).
  • Strong understanding of how benefits, transportation, workplace, facilities, HR, and sustainability leaders evaluate and purchase services.
  • Familiarity with key employer buyer concerns, including commute friction, employee experience, return-to-office needs, campus mobility, sustainability goals, rollout/adoption, and budget justification.
  • Comfortable creating structure where little exists and energized by ambiguity.
  • Willingness to wear multiple hats across strategy, execution, and operations.
  • Highly organized and operationally sharp, with a proactive approach to anticipating needs and ensuring details are managed.
  • Ability to develop strategy, write briefs, book vendors, manage run-of-show, and review pipeline reports.
  • Strong cross-functional instincts and judgment for effective collaboration with senior leaders, sales partners, customers, and external event stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills across various formats: in person, email, decks, speaker prep, and executive-facing materials.
  • Passion for micromobility, sustainability, and solving real transportation problems for organizations.
  • Comfortable traveling regularly and working across time zones.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

  • Build and own the field marketing strategy for Lime for Business across priority markets, focusing on awareness, meetings, qualified leads, pipeline creation, and customer expansion.
  • Plan and execute high-impact in-person and hybrid programs, including trade shows, hosted events, roundtables, speaking opportunities, launches, customer showcases, and employer partner activations.
  • Create a repeatable event-led lead generation motion that connects pre-event targeting, on-site engagement, and post-event follow-up to measurable pipeline outcomes.
  • Partner closely with Sales to identify target accounts, priority verticals, and opportunities where events and field programs can unlock new business.
  • Build programs that resonate with multi-stakeholder buying groups, including Total Rewards/Benefits leaders, People Team/Ops, Workplace/commute/transportation leaders, Facilities/corporate campus operators, Sustainability/ESG stakeholders, and Procurement/Finance/Legal.
  • Develop messaging, event concepts, customer stories, and talking points by persona and use case, covering commute programs, business travel, campus mobility, sustainability, and employee engagement.
  • Own the speaking and thought leadership pipeline: source opportunities, manage submissions, support speaker prep, and convert appearances into qualified leads and follow-up conversations.
  • Build and scale employer-facing activation programs, such as workplace events, onboarding fairs, mobility weeks, sustainability programming, launch moments, and "first ride academy" experiences.
  • Partner with customer and employer stakeholders to co-create special events that drive engagement, visibility, and measurable program adoption.
  • Serve as the advance team for in-market activations, managing logistics, vendors, run-of-show, shipping, staffing, executive briefing documents, contingency planning, and on-site execution.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Operations, Partnerships, and Brand/Comms to ensure strong market presence, smooth execution, and a tight feedback loop into go-to-market decisions.
  • Build repeatable playbooks for launches, hosted events, employer activations, speaking engagements, customer events, and field kits.
  • Define success metrics and maintain operational rigor across event sourcing, lead capture, attribution, conversion, pipeline influence, and ROI.
