About The Position

The Senior FHIR Mapping & Integration Analyst plays a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining complex FHIR-based mapping and interoperability solutions that enable seamless healthcare data exchange. This role requires deep expertise in HL7 FHIR standards and the ability to lead implementations as organizations transition from legacy data exchange to modern FHIR-based interoperability. The position partners closely with engineering, product, and clinical stakeholders and operates as a shared expert across multiple teams. Our preferred candidate would reside in Columbus, OH to support a hybrid work schedule, but we will consider a highly qualified fully remote candidate. This position requires current, unrestricted authorization to work in the United States that is not time-limited or dependent on a future change in status. We are unable to consider or sponsor candidates on temporary work authorization, including F‑1 OPT, STEM OPT, CPT, or any status requiring employer sponsorship now or in the future.
