Requirements

  • 10-12 years of experience in the healthcare domain.
  • Deep expertise in HL7 FHIR resources, profiles, and extensions.
  • Proven experience leading end-to-end data mapping for CMS interoperability mandates (e.g., Patient Access, Provider Directory, Payer-to-Payer).
  • Strong understanding of multiple FHIR Implementation Guides (e.g., US Core, Da Vinci IGs).
  • Ability to translate regulatory and business requirements into FHIR-based data models and APIs.
  • Experience with healthcare data standards (HL7 v2, CDA, X12) and integration patterns.
  • Hands-on experience with FHIR servers, APIs, and data transformation tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team of business analysts.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across business and technical teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in payer/provider data ecosystems and interoperability frameworks preferred.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern data architectures is a plus.
