About The Position

Agile Business Concepts, LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Federal IT Program Manager / Task Management Lead to support a Federal Government IT program. The successful candidate will provide overall program and task management leadership, coordinating application development, O&M, modernization, project schedules, staffing, budgets, risks, deliverables, quality, and transition activities.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Minimum 8 years of IT project/program management experience.
• Minimum 5 years supporting Federal Government IT programs.
• Experience managing application development, O&M, modernization, or systems integration.
• Experience managing project schedules, WBS, staffing, budgets, risks, issues, and deliverables.
• Experience working directly with Government PMOs, technical teams, cybersecurity teams, and contractors.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid, or iterative SDLC/PMLC methodologies.
• Experience with transition-in/transition-out and knowledge transfer.
• Strong Government customer communication, reporting, and presentation skills.

Nice To Haves

• PMP certification preferred.
• FAA experience preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, ServiceNow, cloud, or cybersecurity preferred.
