About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Cybersecurity & IT Operations Task Lead to provide technical and operational leadership within a mission-focused federal enterprise IT environment. This position will support cybersecurity governance, risk management, strategic planning, workforce management, budgeting, investment management, information security, privacy, and cross-functional technical execution. This position is contingent upon contract award. Candidates must meet applicable U.S. Government security eligibility requirements.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship.
• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Active CompTIA Security+ CE certification required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Network Security, Computer Science, or Management Information Systems.
• 5+ years of IT leadership and accountability experience.
• 5+ years of IT strategic planning experience.
• 5+ years of IT workforce planning/management experience.
• 5+ years of IT budgeting experience.
• 5+ years of IT investment management experience.
• 5+ years of information security and privacy experience.
• 5+ years supporting digital accessibility/equity considerations within enterprise IT environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate cybersecurity and enterprise IT activities across multiple technical teams.
• Support implementation and maintenance of cybersecurity and compliance frameworks.
• Oversee cybersecurity risk assessments, vulnerability activities, and security compliance.
• Coordinate internal and external cybersecurity assessments and audits.
• Manage cross-team technical dependencies and resource requirements.
• Support response and coordination activities associated with significant cybersecurity incidents.
• Support IT strategy, workforce planning, budgeting, and investment management.
• Promote cybersecurity awareness and security-focused operational practices.
• Support information security, privacy, and enterprise IT governance activities.
• Other duties as assigned.
