We are seeking a Senior Family Law Attorney ready to step into a pivotal role within our thriving firm. You’ll lead cases from start to finish in a collaborative environment where your voice matters, with an opportunity to mentor team members, contribute to community outreach, or help develop systems or strategies to contribute to the team. Requirements

• Successfully represented 350+ family law cases from inception to resolution
• Strong litigation and courtroom experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Self-motivated, accountable, and results-driven
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
• Licensed to practice law in Georgia

Responsibilities

• Manage a family law caseload from inception through resolution
• Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and court proceedings
• Develop and execute a case strategy aligned with client goals
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court
• Direct case progress and ensure deadlines and deliverables are met
• Review, revise, and oversee pleadings and filings prepared by paralegals
• Independently draft complex or strategic legal documents as needed
• Collaborate with paralegals and legal assistants for efficient case management
