About The Position
Beal Law Firm is an established Texas family law practice with more than 150 years of combined legal experience. Founded by Eric D. Beal—Board Certified in Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization—we represent clients in high-stakes and complex divorce, custody, and family law matters across the DFW Metroplex and throughout Texas. Our Senior Associates receive total compensation equal to 49.3% to 54.3% of their billed-and-collected fees. This compensation model creates the opportunity to earn at a level that reflects their actual contribution to the practice. We offer true flexibility, allowing you to work from anywhere with substantial control over when and how you work. We provide the necessary technology, staff, systems, and support without unnecessary bureaucracy or micromanagement. Requirements
- Licensed to practice law in Texas and in good standing
- Significant Texas family law experience, including divorce, custody, property division, and support matters
- Proven ability to handle depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials
- Strong client-development and relationship-building abilities
- Impeccable ethics, strong legal judgment, professionalism, and intellectual ability
- Demonstrated history of reliability, consistency, and high-quality work

Responsibilities
- Independently manage complex Texas family law cases from intake through resolution, including litigation, negotiation, mediation, and settlement
- Represent clients with integrity, compassion, skill, and sound judgment
- Develop, attract, and retain high-quality clients; an existing or portable book of business is strongly preferred, but exceptional candidates without one will be considered
- Work closely with experienced paralegals and support staff
