Puget Sound Energy's IT Infrastructure team is looking for qualified candidates to fill an open Senior Facility Maintenance Planner position. Specific details regarding the work arrangements for this position will be discussed in further detail during the interview process. This role plans, organizes, prioritizes, and communicates building maintenance and support activities for planned, unplanned, and emergency work. It provides oversight and coordination of associated internal and external resources, including vendors and contractors. The role focuses on Service Provider performance quality, including scheduling and leading building audits to document and determine KPIs affecting contractor payments, field investigations with engineers and builders (such as roof leak studies and root cause), enforcing service matrix activities and frequency, and working with maintenance technicians on engineered solutions to optimize the balance of safety, durability, and cost. The Senior Facility Maintenance Planner is responsible for scheduling and documenting compliance activities. This role upholds safety compliance standards inherent in PSE’s operating and/or field procedures related to work responsibilities and promotes and supports a culture of total safety. The position demonstrates commitment to conduct business honestly, ethically, and consistently with core values and Code of Conduct, ensuring duties are performed in accordance with all regulatory compliance obligations.
