Requirements
- Outsourced facilities management expertise: Strong understanding of outsourced facilities management services, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Data analysis and financial acumen: Ability to interpret operational and financial data, analyze dashboards, and translate performance trends into actionable insights.
- Problem-solving and communication skills: Ability to quickly identify performance gaps, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and coordinate timely resolution with suppliers.
- Technical proficiency: Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and Visio, with the ability to use these tools to support communication, analysis, and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field required, or 5–10+ years of experience managing outsourced facilities management vendors.

Responsibilities
- Lead governance of outsourced facilities services, ensuring operational compliance with defined scope, service levels, and performance expectations.
- Coordinate input from site leads and consolidate reporting at the global level, supporting recurring governance reviews of service performance, operational issues, risks, and service level compliance.
- Monitor global and regional KPIs and SLAs, ensuring performance is measured, tracked, and reported against agreed standards.
- Partner with Finance to track savings commitments, monitor glidepath performance, and resolve variances against plan.
- Review and validate supplier invoices to confirm alignment with delivered services and approved pricing.
- Manage operational change control processes, ensuring scope changes are documented, reviewed, and approved.
