About The Position

The Senior Fab Operator serves as a Fab Operations Technician/Clean Room Technician, producing high-quality products for SkyWater customers. The role operates assigned machines in a cleanroom, loads and unloads wafer production machines, follows detailed procedures, and performs quality inspections. The operator is also expected to follow gowning and safety standards, communicate positively, and ensure punctual shift handoffs. The position is based in a cleanroom environment and requires full gowning.

The scheduled shift is A Shift: Sunday through Tuesday and every other Wednesday, 6:55 a.m. to 7:10 p.m. The job may also include other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Be 18 years or older.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness and desire to learn and grow.
• High school diploma, GED diploma, or equivalent.
• Experience with MS Office applications such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Effective organizational and planning skills.

Nice To Haves

• Previous semiconductor industry or manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned machines in a cleanroom environment.
