About The Position

This role is for a Senior Executive - Coding Auditor with 3 years of experience in multi-specialty surgery coding, including E&M IP and OP, General surgery (Optional), Infusion and Injection, and predominantly in Radiation oncology. Experience in Auditing and denial management is optional. The position requires adherence to SOPs, achieving quality and production targets, and following project protocols. Responsibilities include escalating issues, identifying trends, updating logs daily, seeking clarification from the Manager/TL, and promptly responding to emails. The role also involves ensuring team compliance with HIPAA and OIG regulations. A mandatory CPC certification and a Bachelor's in Science are required.

Requirements

• 3 years' experience in multi-specialty surgery coding including E&M IP and OP
• Experience predominantly in Radiation oncology
• CPC Certification (Mandatory)
• Bachelor’s in science
• Strong written (documentation) and oral communication skills
• Problem solving skill sets
• High Speed internet connection at home, must be broadband
• Must understand and adhere with telecommuter policy

Nice To Haves

• General surgery coding experience
• Infusion and Injection coding experience

Responsibilities

• Follow every aspect of SOP without fail
• Complete received Audits with Quality
• Achieve Quality and production target
• Follow project related protocols and instructions
• Escalate issues, identify trends
• Update all the logs like productivity, Clarification log, and any other logs applicable daily
• Check with Manager /TL in case of clarifications
• Answer all emails from Manager promptly without fail
• Ensure compliance of entire team for HIPAA, OIG
