About The Position

We are looking for an experienced Senior Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to two Vice Presidents within our Policy and Communications orgs, across Pacific Time and Eastern Time zones. This role is pivotal in managing executive priorities, optimizing workflow, and ensuring seamless communication across teams. This is a hybrid role, based in San Francisco, CA, USA, and you will need to work in our SF Headquarters office for occasional organizational events and offsites. You will have a variable schedule for going into SFHQ. You will report to the Executive Business Partner to the Chief Corporate Affairs Officer and General Counsel.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting multiple senior-level executives (VP+ level).
  • Proactive, strategic, and solutions-oriented, able to anticipate needs before they arise.
  • Thrive under pressure and can make swift, informed decisions.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and can effectively interface with senior leadership.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion, professionalism, and integrity.
  • Adaptable and excel in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
  • Highly autonomous but also thrive in a collaborative team setting.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars with efficiency, ensuring seamless coordination across time zones.
  • Serve as a key liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Plan and execute large-scale events, team offsites, and strategic initiatives.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Own special projects that enhance team operations and executive effectiveness.
  • Be the driving force behind executive operations and team efficiency.
  • Play a critical role in fostering team culture, collaboration, and cohesion.
