Annual bonus and tuition reimbursement Career growth in a fast-growing, mission-driven company Collaborative, purpose-driven culture Responsibilities: Strategic & Chief of Staff-Level Responsibilities Track company-wide OKRs, KPIs, and executive scorecards; monitor progress and escalate risks Drive cross-functional projects on behalf of the SLT (e.g., systems implementations, cost initiatives, headcount planning, process improvements) Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend process improvements Support preparation and coordination of board reporting materials Maintain executive KPI dashboards and reporting cadence Assist in organizing offsites, quarterly planning sessions, and strategic workshops Conduct research, analysis, and create executive-ready presentations Ensure alignment across the seven executives on key initiatives and deadlines Executive Team Support Manage CEO calendar, travel, and meeting logistics with a focus on prioritization and time optimization Prepare agendas, materials, and briefing documents for board meetings, investor updates, executive meetings, and strategic reviews Draft, edit, and proofread executive communications (internal and external) Track follow-ups, commitments, and action items from executive and board meetings Manage CEO expense reporting Manage high-priority workflows and special projects Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion Office Operations & People Management Directly manage and provide oversight to the Office Services Assistant Delegate and prioritize office-related tasks to ensure efficient daily operations Oversee office logistics including vendor coordination, supplies, facilities requests, and visitor management Establish and maintain office processes and standards Support company events, executive offsites, and internal meetings in partnership with the Office Services Assistant Provide coaching, performance feedback, and development guidance to the Office Services Assistant Ensure a professional, organized, and welcoming office environment aligned with company culture QualificationsQualifications: 7+ years of executive administrative experience supporting C-level leadership Prior experience managing junior administrative staff or office personnel preferred Experience in SaaS, technology, or private equity-backed environments strongly preferred Demonstrated ability to operate with discretion and high confidentiality Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills Strong written and verbal communication abilities Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel) Experience supporting board materials preferred Professional maturity and executive presence Bachelor’s degree preferred Coreforce is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of executive administrative experience supporting C-level leadership
  • Demonstrated ability to operate with discretion and high confidentiality
  • Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Professional maturity and executive presence
