The Senior Executive Assistant role is central to enabling focus, driving execution, and supporting senior leadership in a fast-moving, global organization. This role goes beyond traditional administrative tasks, involving anticipation of needs, problem-solving, and creating an environment for senior leaders to operate with clarity and speed. The Senior Executive Assistant acts as an extension of the senior leadership office, serving as a business partner, culture ambassador, and a key liaison between leadership and the wider organization.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years supporting senior executives in a dynamic, fast-paced, global organization.
  • Proven ability to handle highly confidential information with professionalism, poise, and trust.
  • Exceptional ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft clear, compelling, and concise messages.
  • Adaptable and comfortable operating in a fast-changing, entrepreneurial environment where priorities shift quickly.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams) and collaboration tools.
  • Experience working across time zones and cultures, supporting international teams and travel.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and energized by challenge with a 'no job too big, no detail too small' mentality.
  • Passion for SharkNinja's pace, boldness, and Outrageously Extraordinary mindset.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic partner by anticipating leadership needs, managing competing priorities, and ensuring focus on critical business initiatives.
  • Own the rhythm of the office by leading the planning, coordination, and execution of daily, weekly, and quarterly routines, including leadership team meetings and global town halls.
  • Drive clarity and execution by tracking priorities, decisions, and follow-ups to ensure commitments are acted upon.
  • Manage a complex and dynamic global calendar with precision, balancing multiple time zones, business demands, and high-level engagements.
  • Plan and manage complex domestic and international travel itineraries with attention to detail, discretion, and efficiency.
  • Draft, edit, and refine communications, presentations, and correspondence to reflect leadership voice and company culture.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Leadership Team and cross-functional leaders to align priorities and maintain organizational flow.
  • Act as the first point of contact for key stakeholders, handling interactions with professionalism, confidentiality, and sound judgment.
  • Lead logistics and coordination for high-stakes events such as executive offsites, investor sessions, and external partnerships.
