The Team We are a dedicated team in the Westlake Participant Services Contact Center. We deliver exceptional support to our Workplace Participant Services (WPS) General Manager and their direct reports. Our focus is on encouraging collaboration, improving communication efficiency, and driving operational excellence. We prioritize inclusivity, ensuring visibility and connection across teams. We flourish with a culture of learning and mobility, making a meaningful impact to the associates, clients and participants we serve.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is strongly preferred, but not required.
  • Must have 4 plus years of senior executive admin experience or equivalent administrative experience.
  • Excellent writing and grammar skills, proficient in MS Office (SharePoint, Office Teams, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership who has the initiative to proactively identify and resolve problems and know when to seek clarification or assistance.
  • Ability to effectively interact with senior level management and have excellent communication skills.
  • Flexible and willing to adapt to different work styles, preferences, and frequently changing priorities.

Nice To Haves

  • Ideally, strong familiarity with or direct experience working in a contact center or operations environment.
