Our Legal team is growing, and we are looking for a versatile Senior Executive Assistant to directly support The Chief Integrity Officer and Chief Corporate Affairs Officer. The global Legal group is innovative and protects, defends and support the growth of Workday’s products and its organizations. About the Role We are looking for an experienced Senior Executive Assistant (EA) reporting to the Manager of Executive Administration and providing support to The Chief Integrity Officer and Chief Corporate Affairs Officer. The successful candidate is organized, proactive, flexible, reliable, outgoing, professional, and exudes positivity. You must be organized, discreet, a motivated self-starter, able to multitask, possess excellent attention to detail with a sense of urgency, and excel in networking. Requirements

  • 8+ years of executive support and/or project coordination experience, supporting multiple senior level executives.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to work independently with general direction and guidance.
  • Ability to put yourself in the executive’s shoes by understanding the organization's priorities and handle the schedule in a way that promotes the most effective use of time.
  • Ability to handle highly sensitive information with discretion, good judgment, confidentiality and the utmost integrity.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Growth mindset and willingness to own and lead ad/hoc projects.
  • Professional skills working with office applications including Outlook, Google Drive, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Zoom.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced technology environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own the daily schedule for 2 Legal leaders.
  • Maintain calendars up to date and make calendar hygiene recommendations.
  • Navigate complicated calendars and time zones considerately when scheduling large group meetings.
  • Coordinate with department EA’s to plan team offsite meetings, town halls, and team events, annual global Legal Summits (including recommendations on venue, logistics and meeting flow.
  • Order catering for internal and external meetings.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, weighing options and contingencies to build an outstanding experience, with thoughtful planning in critical details.
  • Process expense reports in a timely fashion and ensure spend is within communicated budget.
  • Orchestrate team swag projects from idea to delivery (including budgeting, selection, and purchase orders).
  • Coordinate with internal global groups related to business technology, office moves, meeting venues, workplace safety, and logistics.
  • Proactively problem-solve with little to no direction, evaluate options that save time and avoid potential disruption, and help executives stay productive.
  • Form positive relationships with the leader's team and partners.
  • Field incoming requests; exercise strong decision-making skills and discretion with highly confidential information.
  • Provide support on ad hoc projects as needed.
