The Senior Executive Assistant (SrEA) will support a member of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) who reports directly to the President and CEO and/or a combination of ELT and SLT (Senior Leadership Team). The SrEA will serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external interactions on all matters related to the support of the ELT/SLT member, handling a wide variety of often confidential administrative tasks and ELT-sponsored projects. The ideal candidate is highly organized and proactive. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of the leadership office and involves a significant focus on strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a highly professional manner.
