Requirements

  • Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of executive support experience supporting senior leaders.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and administrative skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and related business technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • High degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting a CEO, President, Executive Director, or C-suite executive.
  • Experience working with Boards of Directors.
  • Experience in healthcare, nonprofit, or mission-driven organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the President & CEO's calendar, meetings, travel, and daily priorities.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
  • Screen and prioritize communications and requests.
  • Coordinate executive meetings and maintain confidential records and files.
  • Coordinate Executive and Senior Leadership Team meetings.
  • Prepare agendas, meeting materials, and meeting summaries.
  • Track action items, deadlines, and follow-up commitments.
  • Maintain executive priority and accountability tracking systems.
  • Support annual planning and organizational goal-setting activities.
  • Serve as administrative liaison to the Board of Directors.
  • Coordinate Board and Committee meetings.
  • Prepare Board agendas, packets, minutes, and supporting materials.
  • Maintain governance records and monitor follow-up actions.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for the Office of the President.
  • Coordinate executive outreach, community engagement activities, and special events.
  • Support organizational policy administration and documentation management.
  • Provide administrative support to the Medical Director as assigned.
