We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Senior Executive Assistant to the CEO to provide dedicated support to a dynamic executive at Job Duck. In this role, you will serve as a trusted partner responsible for managing priorities, protecting the CEO's time, and ensuring daily operations run efficiently. You will play a critical role in coordinating schedules, managing communications, facilitating meetings, conducting research, and supporting both strategic and administrative initiatives. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast paced environment, anticipates needs before they arise, and demonstrates exceptional professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar administrative support role
  • Experience supporting a senior executive, founder, or leadership team
  • Experience coordinating travel arrangements and managing complex calendars
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Calendly
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced, fast changing environment
  • Ability to work independently with little to no supervision
  • High level of confidentiality and professional judgment
